Ann DunhamTerry Hunefeld and his wife Ann Dunham operate the SeaBreeze-Inn Bed & Breakfast two block from the Pacific Ocean (a 5 minute walk) in the coastal community of Leucadia (Encinitas) about 20 miles north of Point Loma. SeaBreeze has clean, fresh rooms with private baths, ocean views and phenomenal breakfasts. Rooms with double or two twin beds are available for $90 a night.
