If you don't see a trip listed on the dates you will be in Southern California, we strongly recommend Debi Shearwater's pelagic birding and natural history trips from Monterey, Fort Bragg, Bodega Bay and other Central California harbors. Debi Shearwater is a legend as are her Shearwater Journeys pelagic trips.
Multiple Trip Sponsors - Policies Vary
Trip sponsors are clearly stated in each trip description. Many of the pelagic charters listed on SoCalBirding.com are NOT scheduled by the Buena Vista Audubon Society but are posted on this website for information purposes to enable participants to see at a glance what pelagic birding charters are available throughout central and southern California. Be sure to read and understand the policies surrounding each trip as they vary depending on the boat, the landing and the sponsoring organization.
